Hourly Rate: Community Service Hours

Time Commitment: 3 hrs per week/ 1 day per week (Wed)

Position Description: The Helpdesk Technician supports the senior center’s community by

providing tutorial/helpdesk assistance to members of the senior center community. Assistance

will revolve around providing technical support and tutorial instructions for devices such as:

cellphones, tablets and laptops. The Helpdesk Technician will assist as part of a support team

and provide one-on-one instruction on both a structured (scheduled) and drop-in basis.
