S.H.E. LEAD EVENT
On February 6th, A handful of Kennedy ITA girls joined 470 other bay area girls from various high schools and about 200 women professionals at the Junior Achievement S.H.E. LEADS event at the Richmond, Civic Center.
JA S.H.E. Leads connects local businesswomen and outstanding female high school students from the East Bay Area in a day of STEM career path exploration. Through hands on activities, students will develop workforce readiness and gain insights from panel speakers in the STEM Industry.
It was very impressive to see so many professional women in one room and ready to help our girls with their future and their careers.
