Ben Gill Jr.

Born and raised in Richmond, CA, Mr. Gill attended the public school system all through his adolescence.  Ben Gill has stayed true to his aids in developing an overall strategic direction and leadership in his community.  He has been able to maintain a close relationship with city council members and along with his experience in working as a youth counselor for the Richmond Police Activities League, he has been able to contribute a lot of his love for his city.

Ben holds a Career Technical Education Credential in Information Technology as well as Transportation.

He also holds an A.A.S. in Automotive Technology from Sequoia Institute in Fremont, CA.

Ben is currently teaching CSM 1 at Kennedy High School in Richmond, CA.  and works as a CompTIA A+ Instructor for The Stride Center, San Pablo, CA. where Ben also graduated from in 2009

He holds several world class IT industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

His life took whole new meaning in October of 2010 when Ben married his wife Celina and became father to a beautiful three year old boy Aidan. Ben is very much involved in his church where he loves to play the drums from his band days at Richmond High. He is an avid golfer and little league coach in his leisure time.

It is with the continued support of his family, educators and friends that has allowed him to embrace his dream of teaching in his hometown.   GO EAGLES!!!!!!
